Lulu opens in Berlin
Lou and Robert Wilson’s collaboration, Lulu, opened to rave reviews last night, April 12th, at the Berliner Ensemble in Berlin, Germany. Avant-garde director, Wilson takes on Frank Wedekind’s Lulu, which traces the rise and fall of the femme fatale, with music and songs by Lou.
Lulu is playing April 13 & 14, May 1, 2 & 31, and June 1 & 2, with additional dates to be announced soon.
Berliner Ensemble is at Bertolt-Brecht-Platz 1, 10117 Berlin

To Japan With Love
Last Tuesday March 29th, Lou performed at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City for ‘Yoko Ono & Friends To Japan With Love’. The benefit raised over $71,000 for Japan relief efforts and featured performances by Cibo Mato, Sean Lennon, Antony Hegarty, Patti Smith, and of course, Yoko Ono.
