Today Lou and Metallica shot the music video for their song, ‘The View’, with acclaimed video director, Darren Aronofsky, at Metallica’s HQ studios outside San Francisco. Here is a photo of Darren, Lou, and DP, Matty Libatique, at the end of today’s shoot.

This week Lou received the medal “Commandeur Des Arts Et Lettres” from the republic of France.  This is the highest distinction awarded from France to artists and other creatives throughout the world. This photo is of Lou accepting the medal from Antonin Baudry of France’s Ministry Of Culture.

Lou’s historic collaboration album with Metallica, “LULU” will be released this Tuesday, November 1st.
